I had their services,TV,INTERNET AND LAND LINE PHONE..installed at my home April/30/12. I was to receive a 6 month prom of $78.00 per month of which I never received. I have called EVERY MONTH for the last 11 months trying to resolve this to no avail. Each month since my bills have come in with increases to my services. I have to date paid $1,800.00 for 11 months service and am now being billed an additional $450.00 FOR MARCH/13. I can not resolve this with the managment not the many agents I have spoken with and am seeking restatution. I am beyond angry at the passing on of customers with no interaction with prior agents spoken to. I NEED HELP....HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED AND TREATED WITH IGNORING ME AS A PERSON AND MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM....I PAID EVERY BILL BEFORE DUE DATE WHILE TRYING TO RESOLVE THIS.
