I went online today and saw a charge from Carexpoint for $9.35 ready to post for Monday 4/8/13. I immediately called my bank to get more information and since the transaction has not posted -- the bank said I would have to cancel card. The bad part is once I looked up this Carexpoint I see this site -- saying this happened to so many others. I do not know why or how this happened to me. However, I called the company and they lady answering the phone said that she needed my credit card to look up order. I said you know what I don't know how this happened and I will not give you my credit card information. She took my last name and explained a order was placed in my name for a car freshener. I told her first off I didn't order an air freshener and that if I needed one I surly would not order it off line. She said I can cancel the order and then after I said a few more words she hung up on me. I tried calling this number back three times and it was continuously busy. I tried from another number and I got a hold of another representative and he took my info. just as the lady did before then he hung up. Then same thing -- busy -- busy -- busy. I don't know how this is happening to us all but I sure would like to know why and how. I do not know if this is related but I just signed up with netflix. I never had anything like this happen until now. Has anyone else signed up with Netflix and this happened around the same time?
