On April/3/12 I had TV.INTERNET AND LAND PHONE SERVICE INSTALLED IN MY HOME. The contract was for a 6 month prom costing $78.00 per month for the first 6 months for all 3 services and then to increase to $128.00 a month there after. I never received this prom and for the following 11 months I have been calling and trying to resolve this. I have numerouse conframation numbers.names and employee ID numbers of which my account was to be rated accordenly yet each statement that followed these phone calls showed an increase of payment due. Some increases were as much as $100.00. I have all statements sent since April/30/12 to date. I also paid in full and before due date all of the charges. As of March/7/13 I cancelled all my services and was told I would be Fed Exed boxes to return their merchindice. I am now receiving 3 to 4 phone calls a day with threats and the demand that I now owe $450.00.?????? I have paid $1,800.00 for 11 months service which is beyond excess. I am looking to recoup my over payments and to have Bell Canada and their many agents accountable. I have given them amply time to resolve this while paying their inconsistant billing and out landish increases for services that have remained the same.
