I purchased a vehicle from the seller Rachel Foster that had a 2001 suv for sale posted on cars.com if i'm not mistaken, but I emailed her and asked was it still for sale and she replied yes she was asking $2000 but she will take $1500 so I ask what did I have to do to purchase the vehicle because i'm a first time buyer online she said the truck belong to her son who had passed but anyway she told me that she need my full name and address so she can ship it I email the info she email her info back. Then from her saying that I had to send the money to ebay so my money would be protected so ebay sent me a message saying that I need to send the money to an ebay agent along with the address to ebay on March 11 2013 then I got an email saying that I had to fax a copy to ebay with the tracking number on it so if anything was to happen to my money it would be tracked by the tracking number all of this transaction was threw western union. When I paid the amount plus the fee for sending it off she email me and said that it will be there in 3 days on the 4th day I got an email from ebay saying that I had to send a $1,100 insurance fee which will be refunded upon arrival, about an hour later I got an email from the seller saying that "I don't want you to think i'm messing you around but it's $1,100 insurance fee i text back that i already had the info and was about to send it in she text back thanks and that I would get a call when the merchandise is about to arrive so after that I thought that it would take 3 more days since I had to send in a insurance fee after 3 days I contacted her and there was no reply 2 weeks went by still no reply I even sent my address again along with my phone number just in case it was misspelled still no reply from Rachel or ebay. So I called ebay customer service and they said they didn't have on record that I purchased anything threw their company and that it might be a scam and gave me your website can you please help me with this problem.
