IF YOU EVER PLAN ON DOING A HOME REMODEL YOU NEED TO READ THIS. Living the bathroom remodel nightmare courtesy of Atlanta Tile Installers (Tim Thompson - owner). I hired Tim Thompson installers. What a joke. Been (11) days since they started the installation on a project they estimated would take (5). Now everything including the shower Tim built and backer board he damaged must be torn out completely according to another tile professional. Waste was running at a rate of 50% now it will be 100%. The work looks like it was done by a bunch of amateurs. The first couple guys didn't have necessary experience. I had to run one of them off the property. I have also discovered damage to other personal property including hardwood floors, tub, and furniture. They even put a hole in the subfloor during the removal of the old tile. Tim did not put anything down to protect the floor or other property as promised. What was I thinking when I hired this company. DO NOT USE HIM or BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS!!!
