International boundaries

Ordered Mizulean on a trial basis on 25 feb. 2013. Received on 4 Mar 2013. Decided not to continue with the trial as not happy with the conditions. Immediately returned unopened package via Royal Mail on the same day having secured a RMA number from customer services. Despatched to PO BOx 13263 at TD19AJ. Obtained a proof of postage from the Post Office. On the 4 April 2013 £69.95 was taken from my bank account by Mizulean. Unable to obtain proper contact by telephone to customer services so e-mailed twice on the following day but to date have had negative response.
Appears to be very dubious business practice and advise all to not get involved.
