Feb 23, 2013 I ordered meds online, a 180 day supply of Atorvastatin. I paid $66 by my HSA credit card. I verified with my doctor that he ok'd the prescription and the following week I called Health Warehouse and was told all needed info had been received and my order was processing. On 3/22/13 I called and/or emailed that I had not received my order. They called me back once and left a message to contact them on their only 800#: 800-748-7001. I called 4 times over the next half hour and their phone didn't even ring. I have emailed them twice since with zero response. I have also called but never have a person answer. I have reported this to the BBB and on Monday, 4/8/13, I will ask my family's legal counsel to contact them. I am glad I only placed one prescription with them.
