I received a notice of renewal/new order for my mother, erroneously addressed to my deceased father, regarding National Geographic magazine for $59.00. Publishers Billing Agency allegedly stole the mailing list of Biblical Archaeology Review and began billing those customers for subscription renewals at a heightened price. Then it collected the raised price, pocketed some of it, and sent the actual price of the subscription to Biblical Archaeology Review.
I have contacted Biblical Archaelogy Review and was told to send the erroneously billing to them, as they were pursuring mail fraud with the Publishers Billing Agency.
Since I have done that, now have come 2 more notices for magazines, one of which my mother has a gift subscription being sent to my brother, National Geographic. The other one, Archaeology, we have never encountered before now.
I have not encountered any lost money. My mother, by continueing to subscribe to any new bills presented to her, before I took over, had her subscription to Biblical Archaelogy Review going on until 2025. Both companies were billing her, and she was paying. Biblical Archaeology Review has agreed to refund us partial money for the many years of which my mother is oversubscribed. I have not seen a check yet? They said Mother would only be paid up then until 2017.
What do I do with the 2 latest erroneous fraudulent notices I have in my hands now?

I have tried all 3 ways of contacting the above company, phone, email, and snail mail, all with no response.
The Bibilical Archaeology Review has reported the same thing with them, no response.
May I please have an answer?
