Paid Hill Pinsent Associates Ltd £149 in May 2012 to handle a claim for Council Tax re banding. I have tried to contact them to find out what is happening but cannot find a contactable phone number. The email address given is no longer in use, they are returned presumably because the account is now closed.
Does anyone know if they are still trading and has anyone managed to get a refund?
