i was fooled into purchasing a trial of creams and serums and only paying for P&P. Next i was getting charged for to lots of payments of £97.95 from deadseaset.com and £97.82 from collagentalux.com. After many attempts trying to contact them via email, faacebook and phone, they finally contacted me fowarding me to there terms and conditions.I asked for an address to return items but they were not forthcoming then they gave me there israel address. It is a po box so you have no record of posting. i asked for the uk address but they told me it had to go to israel. I have posted the item back first class with a receipt and emailed a copy of this to the company. i have asked for them to acknowledge the email but still nothing.items posted back. 4th april. Costing £9.90. plus trial costs of £3.95 and £2.95.
