I wanted to try this product to see what the hype was about so I ordered the risk-free trial and waited about a week for it to be received but it never came. This happened for about 2 months and about 4 calls later. I still had not received the risk-free trial. I was billed for a full bottle and the shipping fee. Yesterday I was charged another fee for product I had just received almost 3 months later. I kept calling and asking for my account to be cancelled and every time they told me that it was. Now I have paid $179.07 for a product I have never tried and did not want after the first month.
