The Sales Representative gave false information, and provided false services. Once The company had your Money they were done with you. Around 4/5/2013. I saw and ad on Craig list for apartments and you were to call Kelly( rent Source). I explained to Kelly I had a eviction and the details of my situation. Kelly told Me their are multiple companies we work hand, and hand with and we will get you into a place. One particular place she told me was open and $400 for rent and no Deposit right now. Once I got into the office Creig Told me to sign this paper so that He could help me for the rest of the 6 months. This is after he took my $90 payment. Then cregi printed out a list for me highlighted them, and then told me to Contact where is shows the telephone number for their contact person. This was a Lie the number on the list is to the apartment complex or owner directly. After contacting more than half of the properties they Do not partner with rent Source, You have to still pay a application fee, Most do not deal with eviction unless your spending more than 2,000 on Move in. Also on the lies is elite placement and actually company who partners with the Apartment complexes and landlords personally. After calling I was hung up on , lied too until a Women in the vacancy department told me That they are just a listing company. I later had a friend call and pretend to be a potential customer they told the same things thy told me. That they work with the company and etc. Half of thse companies have no idea the lies they are telling the customers. I have requested to speak to Rene the manger/ supervisor and will be speaking with her on 4/9/2013 until then I will continue contact properties and get proof of their lies.
