I went on this site to get a replacement ss card for my friends mother since she doesn't know how to work the computer. After I put my info in and put my c/c info they told me I needed to have all these other things that she doesn't have so when I looked for a way to contact them they have no phone number but gave me the option to write a message. I'm very worried that this is a scam what do I do?

- Report them to your Attorney generals office, to the Better Business Bureau and the FTC.gov. Send them an email with the online complaint pelied from the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the FTC. Demand a refund. If you need any more help, please let me know. [email protected]

I'm having a hard time with this complaint. I was investigating this company after going to update a card, and it's pretty clear that it's a private company (kinda WTF moment with what this product was). But I mean, it's in bold letters at the top, explained in detail in the middle, and then there's a checkbox confirming you understand that this is a private company at the end (to make the purchase). That's definitely NOT a scam. It's actually ridiculously clear.
I'm not affiliated with this company, and I don't think it's a great service (it's not even well done enough to be a great service). But if you're unhappy with THAT purchase, quite honestly tough. You're the problem, not that company.
I think you're gonna be way out of luck calling your Attorney General on this one. -
