I placed an order for 3 bottles of Garcinia Cambogia + 2 free bottles on line with a company called Consumer Life Styles (phone# 1-888-968-5675) on April 3, 2013 @ 6:55 p.m. and spoke with a representative by the name of ANNE, at the time I placed the order, the total price show up on the computer screen was $159.00. However, during the conversation with ANNE, the price of the aforesaid promotional item on the internet was subsequently reduced to $99.99 for the same quantity. ANNE then told me that she will make the adjustment on my M/C for $99.99 instead. She even gave me a reference# 1209330040341 for my order. When I verified the payment amount on my M/C this morning, I found out that a total of $165.68 has been charged on my M/C instead of $99.99 as told by ANNE. I also called back the same toll free# 1-888-968-5675 and spoke with NICOLE with my name & the reference# as soon as I found out there are discrepancies for the payment amount, whereby NICOLE tole me this phone# belongs to VITAL MEND. NICOLE further indicated to me that there are nothing show up on their system database for either my NAME or REFERENCE# or anything, besides, their order number starts with 1-xxx-xxx-xxx(a total of 10 digits), NOT 120-XXX-XXX-XXXX(a total of 13 digits). NICOLE recommended me to contact my M/C company for an investigation as this may have been a FRAUDULENT transaction. This is my first time dealing with this product, however, it has already causing me troublesome with distress feeling for the monies I lost. I am very disappointed.
