Insel Air advertises that they have a non-stop flight from Miami to Bonaire when in fact they only offer this flight as a bait and switch to get potential passengers to buy the non-stop ticket and after they have your money they cancel the flight and put the passengers on a much later connecting flight that we did not want to purchase in the first place. I could understand that sometimes there are plane problems and now and then one gets canceled but after doing some simple Google searches I found that Insel has been pulling this scam for years. They have NO intention of flying the non-stop flight unless it sells out. If not they simply use it to collect passengers that they can stuff on the last flight out of the day and dump them into Bonaire at 2am. This company is despicable.
