I ordered the trial that was online for Pura Silk and Bellagenix skin creams. I returned both products after realizing that I would be billed $90 if I liked and kept the products. As soon as I saw the price these trials really cost I received a RMA notification from the company and reported that I was shipping them back. They subsequently confirmed receipt when I sent them back and called regarding that. This month, my credit card was billed for the product, even though I received telephone confirmation that I had sent them back and they were received. This month I was billed for the product again. (and received no product). I called the company and they said they had no record of my return and that if I had no tracking number for the product, they could not credit my card. I had thrown out the tracking number (stupid me!) because I had received verbal assurance from them.
