This is a credit collection company trying to collect the money after I sent all the papers that show that I have paid them in full. They claim that they don't have reliable information of the payment that I have paid. They are trying to collect money in a very unethical way. I offered to send a bank statement, but they wouldn't stop and they insist on collecting money when they have to pay me 288 US dollars. They overdrew extra money from the Mortgage company
