I have come across this site by mistake, I was looking for a contact number as I have just received a product through the post, which I did not request!
I had purchased this product early last year but after 2/3 months I cancelled. I contacted this company and informed them I did not wish anymore products. That was fine, then contacted my credit card company to stop anymore payments going out to them.
While checking my account online recently, I noticed there was 2 payments for skin care products taken off my credit card account. I contacted them and said I do not recognise the name, and I have certainly not ordered anything in the past recent months...at 6/7 months. They have blocked payments and are now investigating.
Yesterday, I received a skin product through the post which I will return once I find a contact number. If anyone has it can you please forward this on?
What really troubles me, I have not placed any order and yet this company was able to take 2 payments! And I may add this was a new credit card from the same company I have been with for years in December 12. They said I may be at risk of fraud that's why they sent a new one and yet that company was able to get access to it!!!!
I expressed my concern to my credit card company and asked for the money to be refunded.
If anyone can help with information that may be use to me please let me know.
Also, as I mentioned earlier about not recognising the name, I think they have been changing it!!!!
