American Careers wanted me to send them a fee of $39.00 to process my application for a job at the airport. No I did not send this fee because of too many scams out there. I called Tampa International Airport they told me they don't hire outside the airport you apply with office directly.

Ronald,
1. American Careers does not contact you...unless you contact them first inquiring about our program.
2. Most applicants call our message hotline and if they have questions about our services call (718)690-7056. By calling the listed # they are able to speak with a customer service representative. The CSR then tells them what our program does for them. If they are interested at that time they have the free will to send in the money order to obtain the help that they have requested.
3. Apparently you aren't one of our consumers...so why are you reporting damages of $39.00? If you were one of our consumers you would know the process and what we do for you.
4. You can go directly to the office, but just like with anything else in life you have to know what directions to take. All of the employees at American Careers are former airline/airport workers and know what it takes to be hired in the industry. They know how to help you with the interview process, resumes, cover letters etc.
5. We are here to help those that need help, if you are unable to find employment with our help the fee is refundable.
6. I hope that you are now educated on our practices. We are not a SCAM. We are here to help those who need the help.
