Ordered one year subscription to MyTechHelp in August and they installed an antivirus on one computer that came with a rebate of $49.99, and a registry cleaner on another computer that came with a rebate of $49.99. Certain conditions were to be met before we could file for the rebate, one of which was that we had to wait 90 days before submitting the rebate forms. After complying with all their conditions we filed, and since then we have spent many hours on the phone with them trying to get our rebate sent, to no avail.
At one point we realized that we were being charged $49.99 monthly for an antivirus on the second computer and I called them on it and they took the charges off my credit card.
They have asked me when I called, whether I kept copies of the rebate certificate and the order number which I submitted, but they never asked me for the order number.
