I called and cancelled the service on march 7, 2013 and they gave me back my 2.00 and then on march 18, 2013 they took 1.00 and then on the 19th they took 29.95. I just contacted them and confirmed my cncellation which I was told was on march 19th. I asked the rep if I was gonna get my money back and was told that they would send me a request form in the mail in 7 to 10 dys and fill it out and mail it back. I think that's wrong.
