Wrote the check for $225 to this entity due to the bogus scam letter they sent trying to appear it was an official fee for the Statement of Information filed with the Secretary of State, but caught in time that it did not seem right... just want to help others know about this unethical company!

- I just got a similar letter, and it scared the hell out of me until I read it carefully and understood that it wasn't from the state of California. My next step is to figure out where I can report them, besides here!
