Was told over the phone that I had accumulated over $4500 in debt by using different cfedit cards.Also,I would need an attorny,because I was being taken to court over this matter.And my bank assets would be frozen.I was shocked at first by this and then I realized this was probably a "scam". Because I had just refinanced my home and recieved a very high credit rating.Aiso,I had recieved copies of my credit reports,and they were all good.There wasn"t any "collection notices"on file.Plus no public records of any bankrupties,liens,or judgements against me.I was also told that I would be sent an affidavit and that I needed to fill it out and send it back to the people or place that it came from.I did go talk to my bank to let them know what was going on.And I did play the voice mail for them.It sounds like a"scam"to them also.So, I'm just waiting to see how this is carried out.
