The company advertises using various 'free trial' sites / links / adverts.

My wife was offered a 14 day free trial. '100% satisfaction guarantee'. BEWARE! It is not free. 14 days after our 'free trial' our account was debited £140 (£69.69 per product). I contacted the company and they stated that it was in the Terms and Conditions, if we did not cancel and return within the 14 days from order, they would do this. We told them that we could not see this in the T&C online and they then said "it was in the letter that came with the product". When we found this letter (wedged into the envelope the product came in) I read it and it does indeed say this, however, it also says am RSA number should be obtained for returns to get a refund. I asked for this RSA. They then said "this could only be issued within the 14 day trial period". I said, if we called inside 14 days, there was no need for a refund, the implication is clear, outside of the 14 days, an RSA is required to get your refund. The then said, "that is to cover mistakes". I stated that that was not what the letter said. They then changed tack again and said, "oh if it was 1 maybe 2 days but we were too late" (we were 9 days over the 14 from order, 4 days from the products arriving.) I said, again that was not what the letter said. I then told them their website offered a 100% satisfaction guarantee, 30 day refund guaranteed.
I pointed this out, but they said"oh but this is only for 'normal sales'.

BOTTOM LINE - IT IS NOT A FREE TRIAL AVOID AVOID AVOID. The only things guaranteed are 100% Dissatisfaction and frustration when you contact them.
