I ordered the 8400 XBox Live points special offer this morning. I was supposed to receive the points in an e-mail within 30 seconds, this didn't happen. The payment went through the verified by Visa security protocol, so we assumed it was legitimate. I have opened a ticket with their support department but haven't had anything from them either. This a scam, these points were for my seven year old son and was his saved up pocket money. He's upset as am I, this shouldn't be allowed. I am seeking advice from the fraud team at my bank and will be taking this up with Visa too. Avoid at all costs.
