My name, Clark (Personal Information Removed), was turned over to a collection agency (PRG) in San Antonio to recover past rent of over $1,400 dollars. I have saved past documentation proving that I left the Plaza Apartments in good standing. The property manager, Mr Ben (Personal Information Removed), knew this information and still submitted my name to a collection agency. I am in the process of retaining legal counsel for a pending lawsuit against the Plaza Apartments (830-257-2622).
Update: 04/22/2013
On 04/19/2013, after conferring with my attorney, James W. Patterson, who specialty is criminal law, it was decided to give Ben, property manager of Kerrville Plaza Apartments, thirty business days from this follow up to make financial restitution.
Update: 04/22/2013
After the thirty day grace period, two things will transpire: 1. A $20,000 lien will be filed at the Kerrville County Court House; 2. The McGuire brothers of San Antonio will receive a copy of above mentioned lien via certified mail.
Update: 05/05/2013
05/05/2013 The 30 day grace period will expire on 06/04/2013. Criminal charges of fraud will be filed with the Texas Attorney General's Office against Ben, the property manager of the Kerrville plaza Apartments.
