Ordered a "free" trial of this product at a discount price, received one bottle of it, wasn't happy with the product. Called to cancel 5 different times to be on hold for over 45 mins each time. The final time I called I was sent to a voicemail after being on hold for an hour. Left my information and asked for a call back but have yet to hear back from them. Was charged for a second bottle and haven't even gotten it. They kept the product and my money.
