I did not see any mention of a $ 99.00, only to have my credit card info on file for future sales. I did not realize the scam until I spotted web sites indicating that BidRack.com indeed was a scam.

- I filled out a aplimation form did not autherize any money , but there was 100.00 dolars taken out of my visa.
