I tried to find information on a person. I paid a dollar to get more information on April 1. The information was nothing more than is available for free at other sites. April 4 they withdrew $29.63 from my account. I called April 11 and the one I spoke with said "did you read that you had to cancel..." It seems they have some type of tricky wording. He said "he could only refund half the amount since I had checked the box." I have no idea what box that was. When I found out that the $1 got me no informative information and the site continued to want more money, I got away from it. The man I spoke with was adamant about insisting the transaction was not "fraudulent". I told him i would report it online.
