A MAN CAME TO SERVICE MY HEAT PUMP AND FURNACE ON MONDAY 4/8/13 I ASKED HIM WHY IT WASNT SOMEONE I KNEW HE SAID THE COMPANY BOUGHT THAT SERVICE ALONG WITH SEVEN OTHERS.I THOUGHT IT WAS OK I DID LEAVE HIM DO SOME WORK AND HE SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE THE NEXT DAY TO DO WHAT THAT PERSON HAD TO DO.I GOT A CALL FROM TOTAL COMFORT THIS AFTERNOON ASKING IF THEY COULD COME TOMORROW TO DO THE SUMMER CHECK UP. I USED MONEY I WAS SAVING FOR MEDICAL TREATMENTS TO PAY THAT BILL I CALLED DISCOVER TO SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO BUT THEY COULD;T HELP. ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT THIS SURE WOULD BE A BLESSING THAN YOU .
