This was sent via e-mail.7 This company Acs Inc.emailed me that if I don't pay 955.75 That i will be sued for over 5000.00. and that 4 serious allegations on me 1)fraud 2)theft by deception.. etc. Also that this will be a criminal conduct.. What do I do

- Do nothing next time they contact you just asked them to send every thing in the mail. If they have your info they should have it ( don't give it to them) if u did get anything in this amount you have nothing to worry about. It happen to me a couple times I just asked them to send me the papers in the mail this was about a year ago. Got nothing no court appearance order nor the papers from their lawyers.
