i requested a free sample and agreed to pay postage and packaging which they took out at the time.however when i recieved my bank statement they had also taken £119($182.84).they did not state this in the advert.i have telephoned their helpline in the uk with no success only to be told i must have seen the disclaimer that product was only free for trial period only and then i would have to pay full price.if i had seen this dislaimer i would never have requested sample in the first place!
