So, I signed up for my sample pack, paid the postage, never received it! then I find out I can not cancel, as they can't find me on their data base system and to ring the bank to get the money back! Once again they are unhelpful and just want your money. I have sice contacted my bank and they are looking in to it.
Did I mention I have a number for them 0121 345 9889
They are unhelpful but this is the only number you can speak to someone.
