When i started my company in the fall of 2011 in new york it was suggested to me that TD BANK would be good for my business.
This seemed a good idea until november 28 of 2011,on that going to TD BANK WHILE opening the door a rectangular metal object approximately 8 pound fell of the door ,barely missing my head and landing on my left foot.
after being schlepped by two customer and on bank employ.the customer called 911.
i suffered serious discomfort, pain,was forced to wear an open sandal throughout the winter in snow and ice.
and pay out of pocket for physical therapy still today.
my foot was seriously damaged and i was kept out of action for several month.
Had to cancel on of my auction for the valentines sale/auction in february 2012.
causing my business to suffer a serious setback resulting in lost time and business.
i did send letters,one to mr. EDMUND CLARK Chairman of TD BANK, still waiting for respond.
ps. i have all the copies regarding ambulance and Roosevelt St. LUKES hospital.

" ALMOST DEAD"
NO ANSWER TO THE CERTIFIED LETTERS.
I AM STILL PAYING FOR OUT OF POCKET TREATMENTS AND MORE.

I did left several messages and ask for a written respond.
I did send letters with copies by FedEx and fax and have the receipt.
I did send all the information to office of the district attorney mr. Eric Schneiderman.
Still paying out of pocket for physical treatments.
Still waiting TDBank.

I can't believe nit one respond I ask for in writing.
ALMOST KILLED BY TD BANK. As the 8 pound rectangular piece of metal missed my head head by 1/2 inch and hit my left foot, and the don't even answer my letters?
