I wish to report misleading advertising and deceptive business practices agains DS Marketing for Collagenta Active Collagen Serum (www.collagenta.com). Online ads indicated a "risk-free" trial of their product. If you are not 100% satisfied, you will get a full refund. Unfortunately, I provided my credit card number and signed up. I did not notice the very fine print that indicated that I signed up for an automatic monthly subscription that will be charged to my credit card. They do not clearly state that to get your full refund, you must return the product within 14 days and you have to send it to Dead Sea Beauty Kit

By the time I realized this, it was too late to send the product back to Israel. So I ended up paying full price for the first "free trial" product, which cost $98. Then I followed the instruction to cancel the subscription by sending an email to [email protected] on Jan. 3rd, 2013. Customer support had verified that I was no longer in their system. Then recnetly, on April 3rd I received a second shipment! I immediately wrote back to DS Marketing to complain. They said I had to return the product back to Israel at my own cost. It cost me $85 in postage! I was outraged that after I tried to cancel the subscription in January, they still had me on their subscription list and I ended up paying to return a product I never wanted. I want all of my money back.
