After a few weeks of discussion and after having received a lease agreement from this company (for a commercial retail location we were moving forward with leasing), as soon as I mentioned I was going to have my real estate lawyer look at the potential lease we had a call 30 minutes later from the broker for their commercial property to tell us they went with someone else from 6 months ago. I don't think this was ethical of this company to lead us on after a month of discussion. My lawyer found this company quite peculiar in their actions. They apologized and re-directed me to other properties they hold but I will not be doing business with this company going forward due to this event. Please be wary working with Adam B. who seemed straight out of college.
