we have been going to Horseshoe in Tunica Miss for 15yrs we drive 3 1/2 hrs to get their we love it but are very mad and disgusted because they wouldnt give us a free meal, after raising Hell the kind man took my rewards card and looked at it and finally give us, who are very faithful dedicated players a free lunch,you should commend your kind friendly employees and quit giving away a Million dollars and share it with them, you should be ashamed the way you handle giving away a free meal to your dedicated players who keep you in business, we have decided if we are treated like this again, after 15yrs of dedicated playing at your casino, we will quit going and tell our friends to stop too i dont think a free meal to dedicated players who drive 3 1/2 hrs was asking too much, was so very hurt and humiliated yesterday Friday April 12th
