i have been a victim of fraud.
i was trying to buy shoes from him via ioffer.com.
he told me i could get a better deal if we did the transaction outside of ioffer.com...
the seller asked me to send him money [$300.00 US] through western union and did not send any product to me.

i have contacted him several times since we completed the transaction...
he replied a few times in the beginning, telling me that the order was shipped.
the one reply was supposedly from a colleague and they told me it was a holiday in china.
i have all my emails if you would like to see them.
i eventually started to email him several times a day, trying to get a reply... nothing.
i then emailed him from a friends email, pretending to be interested in purchasing shoes... and he immediatly replied. i did not tell him it was me... i then emailed him from my regular email and he never replied.
i think you can catch this guy.
you just have to pretend to be interested in purchasing shoes, and then go to the western union where he picks up the cash.
i hope you can stop this guy from stealing from other customers.
please help me.
