Corporate Business Filings almost tricked me into sending them a check for $225. I am glad I spent a little more time reading the letter and found the line that said, "In submitting this form, you give Authorization to Corporate Business Filings to file your Statement of Information on your behalf."
This scammer should be really ashamed of himself!!! It is terribly wrong that this soulless person underlines a statement stating, "Losing your corporate existence will have many negative ramifications."
Whoever is behind this - May you get what you rightfully deserve!

- I got the same letter & unfortunately, filled out the form & sent in the $225 since it was April 15, and I thought I was late in filing. Afterward, I googled Corporate Business Filings & realized they were scam artists & made a stop pay on the check...and thought I had resolved the matter. Now I've come to find out that a company was added as a member of my LLC without my knowledge...the name of the company is Camreal Estate. This was filed on 4/21/13...a week after I sent back my form to Corporate Business Filings....with signatures. Whoever has sent back the form...BEWARE & google your company to make sure the same thing didn't happen to you. This may be a case of Business Identity Theft!!! :-(
