I had ordered Zumba Dvd's from them through Tippr a voucher company. I never received my Dvd's even though they kept saying they sent them. Then the story was that the post office returned them because my address was not a correct address. I have contacted the BBB about them but so far my issue has not been resolved. I was able to get my money back for the voucher but I want my shipping charges refunded. I keep emailing them and they will not answer.
