I WAS CHARGED 30.00 FOR A SERVICE FOR WHICH I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR PLUS A 35.00 OVERDRAFT FEE. i HAVE PLACED CALLS TO THE COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH ANYONE. I SENT EMAILS AND THEY WERE RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE. HOW DO YOU STOP THEM FROM TAKING MORE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND CANCEL THE SERVICE?
