this is the complaint i have been sent it yesterday to them .

find the previous mail.
someone called me today and his name is David Smith .. he told all the info for canada visa immigration and also told to complete the assessment i have to give him all my personal information including my credit card info and i asked him i don't want pay with my credit card he said its just for the info .. after i hanged up with him i had worried and called my bank to make sure , and he definitely withdraw USD130 from my account , i gived the CSR of canadian visa expert a call right away to cancel the transaction she told she can't and no refund !!!!! after 5 minute from the transaction , and she told we will give you a call after 72 hour and then she hanged up the phone right away . when i tried to call again no answer .
so Richard i need to know i get scammed by your company or not !! because seriously this is really bad and if so i will not leave my right and i will do anything to get my money back .
so if you don't reply i will know i get scammed and stolen by " canadian visa expert "

I dont understand you, you started giving them your info online, they called you, you told them that you were interested in getting a canadian visa with their help, they told you how much they charged for their services, you gave them your credit card information in order to make a payment for their services, it was processed and approved, you got an invoice for the payment and the services, everything was fine.
the next day you went on google and saw some bad reviews about them and thats it? you say striaght away they are a scam and you want your money back...
even if you google facebook it has bad reviews, even bmw has bad ones too, even Apple has people that have bad reviews about them, all companies around the world have good reviews and bad ones too, it does not mean that they are scams or bad... maybe some people misunderstood them, maybe some people think that they are the gov, maybe some people think they are getting a visa from them> get your facts right. and stop spreading bad news about companies that at the end of the day do their best in order for people from around the world to immigrate and get better lives. -
