Ordered a sample for £3.95 4th Feb 2013 to try.
The next thing I know on the 26 Feb £97.95 had been taken from my account. three days later three pots of cream was delivered of which I never ordered. and to my horror on the 4 April 2013 another £69.97 had been taken.
I contacted the bank who said they would stop any more money being taken, but could not do anything about the 167.90 I have lost. I keep e-mailing them with the proof of return of the pots that arrived without me asking for them which cost me £10 to send back by Air Mail. This could not be tracked as it was going to a PO Box so ther is no proof of return, which they said that was needed to give a refund. This is the first and last time I trust any company with my bank details.
Is there anything that can be done to bring the criminals to justice or do they just sit back and watch the bank account fill up.

there are some real scum bags out there!

Yours angry
