I ordered trial packs of Lift&GlowPro and LiftSerumPro on 29/3/2013 and was charged £1.99 for each on my Debit card. The goods arrived afew days later. I was slightly surprised to be charged a further £1.95 each on 3/4/2013, but thought that perhaps this was postage. However I realised something was very wrong when I found that two further charges had been made on my bank account each for £84.71 I am absolutely sure that there was no small print which gave the comany clearance to do this. I have been scammed.
I rang the company and they said someone from the senior management would contact me. I said I wanted to stop any further deliveries of the products and they did email me saying my subscription had been cancelled and no further charges would be made. However reading other people's experience with this company I am not sure about this. I contacted my bank to try to prevent further charges being made on my account but they said this was not possible though they have set in train a procedure which may enable me to get my money back. I will just have to wait and see what happens next.
