called and said i borrowed money sometime in 2012 but wouldnt tell me when, treatened to take me to court with upto 5000.00 and freeze my social security check.i went to my bank today and they have no record of it if even as farback as jan,2012 and said it sounded like a scam.they had my ss number, address,phone no.they said i borrowed 500.00 but only owed 221.00 but would close for 300.00 if i paid it today.called him back and told the needed a date of transaction andhe said he couldnt do that because it hd gone to acollection agency. he had gave me another no. 941-209-1672 after i called after going to my bank he hung up when i said i would geta lawyer. i just dont know if they are real or scam but i know i did not borrow from this place.
