The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

they wanted us to send them $250 for corporate filing..looks legit...but not sure. Did some googling and found all this information. I am glad ppl are posting and I am posting as well to warn ppl not to remit the payment.
be careful. This was a red flag b/c it was sent to me 4-5 days before it was due, 4/15..
Ppl out there are evil...even when we're a 501c3 organization!
