Ordered a advertised trial version of this product for ONLY the price of shipping with no further obligation. My credit card has been billed several times and the company refuses to return all of my money. The company claims I signed a terms and conditions contract which consents for me to subscribe to something that I never ordered and never actually received. The company claims I couldve requested a cancellation, but I was never informed or received anything so I had no idea I needed to cancel what I never ordered or received.
