This company is a total scam. First of all I was looking for the USPS website on google to change my address and the first site that comes up is change-my-address.com. They never even let you know after you are inputting your information that they are charging you 19.95. They never even give you the total in your confirmation page. What makes it clear that it is a scam is that they dont even call it a receipt, its a "confirmation". As soon as I realized that the website was wrong, I immediately called the company and was told that the request was already processed and they could not issue a refund. After speaking with a supervisor, the offerd a $10 refund which confirms again that they knew they were wrong.
