On July 25th,2012 Mr Rocky John Primavera and i came to an agreement with the wake tower and accessories I was buying for my family. He sent me an invoice through PayPal because i believed that to be the safest way to transfer my money to Mr Rocky Primavera. After the money was transferred he stated it would be 4 to 6 weeks to receive the items. After a month and a half went buy i asked for an arrival date for my items i had ordered. He stated there were delays by the Chinese and there shipping. Couple weeks later he said the tower arrived but that the parts were wrong for putting it together. After he had promised me a Bimini and some speaker covers for all the delays. I said that was okay and i understand. He said that i would receive everything in 20 days. Great i said i would call him then. Well in 21 days i phoned and he had my phone number blocked. I used my wife's cell phone and got through and left a message for him to call me ASAP. NO response. Sent several emails with NO response. Contacted PayPal right away and filed a complaint but surprise he times it to 45 days when there is no recourse through PayPal. They wouldn't even speak to me. Next I contacted the BBB and submitted a complaint. They ended up sending 2 letters to Mr Rocky John Primavera with zero response. He now has an F rating I believe, thanks to my complaint. Next contacted the RCMP in Salmon Arm, the officer here was great. Took my statement and looked at all my paper work and said that i had fore sure done my home work. Because Mr Rocky John Primavera lives in Port Alberni and that is where the crime happened that is where the case would be transferred to. So I waited for the longest time to here from the RCMP in Port Alberni but nothing. I found out who the officer was looking after the file and tried to speak to him on several occasions but nothing but his answering machine. Then i spoke to the duty commander asking what was going on and he would look into it and would call me back the next day. 2 weeks later i called back to the duty commander, he apologized and said that this Rocky Primavera was unsure of who i was and he would look into it and if it was a costumer then he would rectify the problem immediately. Mr Rocky John Primavera also refused to go down to the police station to give a statement. The the officer left. I was never given any information or explanation from the RCMP in Port Alberni. I even contacted the city of Port Alberni to see what they could do. Well I was told he has several business licenses but this issue has nothing to do with the city. I have pages of documents but this was the short version of me becoming a victim.
