This software company has to be the worst company ever. At the beginning of tax seaon, I knew we had gotten burned. They never fixed the first problem from when it was two weeks into tax season before we could send in our first return. Customer service leaves you on hold while they go on lunch. Its very rare that you talk to a csr within 3 to 4 hours after notifying them of an issue. After sending in returns, you later find out it really never transmitted in. The state forms were just released to be efiled on to April 16. But has a smart attitude when you complain to them about they have caused your business a huge loss. The last day of the season they closed at 3pm or just simply cut their phones off. Then to top it off we couldnt efile any because the bank was shut down by fdic... Trafesty isnt the word.. Please do not purchase this horrible software and please pass the word.
